How safari bookings work with Luminary Adventures Tanzania — from inquiry to confirmation, payment, and departure.

Submit your safari inquiry through the LAT website or contact George directly via WhatsApp or email. The LAT team will review your inquiry and respond with a personalized proposal within 24–48 hours. No commitment is required at the inquiry stage.
A safari is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and a signed booking confirmation. Your place on the itinerary is held once the deposit is received and cleared.

The balance is typically due a specified number of days before departure. Payment details will be provided in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations within a specified period before departure may result in partial or full forfeit of the deposit and payments made. Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport, appropriate visas, and any required travel documentation before departure. LAT can provide guidance on Tanzania entry requirements but cannot take responsibility for documentation issues.
Luminary Adventures Tanzania acts as a tour operator and facilitates arrangements on behalf of guests. LAT is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, airline delays, government travel restrictions, or acts of nature. Travel insurance is strongly advised.
