1. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as specified in your invoice or contract.

• Final balance is due within the timeframe provided in your booking agreement.

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other secure methods as communicated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Refunds depend on the notice period before the travel date:

  • More than 60 days: Deposit refunded minus admin fees.

  • 30–59 days: 50% refund.

  • Less than 30 days: Non-refundable.

• LAT is not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

3. Travel Documents & Insurance

• Guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.

• Comprehensive medical and evacuation insurance is mandatory for all LAT travelers.

4. Health & Safety

• LAT ensures guides, vehicles, and lodges comply with safety standards.

• Guests must follow instructions from guides and staff.

• LAT is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of property unless caused by gross negligence.

5. Safari Experience

• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

• LAT reserves the right to change itineraries, accommodations, or transport due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability

• LAT acts as an agent for third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

• LAT’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the safari services.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content (logos, images, text) belongs to Luminary Adventures Tanzania and cannot be reproduced without consent.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.

• Disputes will be subject to Tanzanian jurisdiction.
